Collection Fee Money Transfer Details required for verification - is it scam?

hi Guys,

I am trying to sell something and one seller offered me to transfer money by paypal however there is collection fee money. i have received e-mail from odd address email that i need to buy amazon gift card, I think this is scam however I have never used paypal so I'm not sure if they provide these kind of services. below I added screenshot from this e-mail

Its a SCAM, paypal NEVER tell you to buy any sort of token / voucher or anything else (especially from a rival company) to complete a transaction.

No funds in your paypal balance = you have not been paid.

Me too even tho the item price included free delivery, said would send an extra £100 for delivery as they live in remote area in Scotland
