7 weeks ago I bought an item off of depop and still haven’t received it. I don’t know how and I don’t have any recollection of closing the dispute, I can only remember accidentally closing the page that had it open. But now I’m being told that I can’t reopen it, my bank won’t help me and neither will depop themselves, is there now way an exception can be made or anyway that I can still receive a refund? The seller has blocked me and hasn’t replied to me since I bought it and hasn’t once given proof of postage. I also have come in to contact with someone else who hasn’t received an item from the same seller!

You are allowed to open x1 dispute per transaction.
You may have accidentally closed it but you did close it OR it timed out at 20 days if you did not escalate to a claim.
Either way you can't open it again.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
