I want to know on what proof was my case closed on behalf of the seller ? When he is offering one product that he is advertising threw pictures and send something not closed to what he advertising .. I was not ask for any proof to help my case ..I do not think this was a fair dispute. I would like to reopen this case with new and better proof. This seller is scamming and is using pay pal as a tool todo so. I have lost $105.00 threw this transaction. I have always used pay pal thinking it was a safe way to pay.
