Hi!
So I have an acquaintance helping me out with money problems but I'm naturally afraid of getting charged back because I have little money to begin with. He donated through friends and family already, and I'm aware you can't dispute that with PayPal but I heard that people are able to get the money back through their credit card company. If he tried to claim this to the company, would I be affected? Or would it be the credit card company refunding him and I'd be ok assuming they believed that it was a false transaction.
Thank you

A buyer cannot file a paypal dispute for non receipt etc if he paid using the friends / family option as he would have no paypal buyer protection BUT he can file for an unauthorised payment OR do a chargeback and you would probably lose as you would have no seller protection for accepting funds that way.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
