Changing my account from Mexico to the us

All I wanted was a pay pal account. I never intended to become bilengul. I don't speak or read Spanish but they give me a pay pal account in Spanish.

Go to your account settings (wheel icon) and select English as the language. But if you are located in the US, you'll have to open a US account and close your Mexico account.
