How do I get PayPal to email the merchant without opening a dispute? I really need to change the shipping address because PayPal used the wrong one even though I entered the one i wanted when paying my invoice. The merchant needs an email from PayPal stating it’s okay to change the address, but PayPal won’t/can’t email the merchant unless I open a dispute. I need to change the address I can’t have an engine shipped to my front door. Please help.!?
The only thing you can do is request a refund and pay again once you have made sure the address is correct.
HOWEVER the seller is not refunded the fee they were charged when you paid so they may refuse to do so unless you offer to pay the fee and accept a part refund?
