I need to update my name from xxxxxx yyyyy to xxxxxx Bin yyyyy.I already sent over to paypal link two document as a prove but yet to receive their apply. I need urgently for my friend to transfer me the money
Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hopefully reviewed soon?
