You have to open PayPal in chrome browser so it auto translates it back to English, change language in settings. Change all passwords and delete any odd phone # they changed or added.
I changed the passwords, language changed back but still have to call them in morn to talk about a pending transaction that’s not mine as there is also a new phone number attached.
Go into your account and set your personal mobile as primary # and then delete the other number they added. Call your bank and put a stop payment on anything from PayPal for the amount they’re trying to transfer. Tell them it’s fraud and PayPal isn’t doing anything to help you. It’s a holiday weekend, so perfect for hackers since no one is working.
