I have reviewed many replies to others asking the same question - the reply is virtually the same on all of them.
The reply advises to use the "email us" option, then select "manage my account" on the drop down - that is not an available option (for me at least).
NONE of the options address changing account type - I've checked ALL drop down menus, and sub-menus.
Any option other than calling? Thanks in advance!
