Car sale on auto trader payment with Pay Pal

someone is trying to buy an automobile from me using pay pal. says he is military. wants my pay pal email,.  my full name, phone number., is this safe?

@cowboybubba Common SCAM. Apart from the fact that you have no paypal seller protection for motor vehicles they don't want your car. You will get a fake spoof email pretending to be from paypal...its not. They will tell you that you have been paid but paypal are holding the funds until you pay the shipping agent first by western union or similar and thats the scam....they only want that scam payment.
