It is my first time trying paypal to send money to my friend in Guatemala . I go through the steps , enter her email , then choose amount , enter my debit card , and then it says Im done so I click the done link and then I get a message saying
" ! We added your new payment method but can't currently use it right now . To continue , choose or add another way to pay . "
