Cannot access website

Well, i really have no idea what does this mean, it was working normaly yesterday, but today i tried to open Paypal and it keeps seaying this.

Please help.

Hi @Dave50,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you are unable to reach the PayPal website. Please try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and restart you browser. If you're using any sort of proxy to connect to the internet, please disable it, as that is not permitted when using PayPal.
