Cannot access Resolution information

Some help will be appreciated. I initiated a claim / dispute on the "Resolution Centre" a while back. Today I received a mail that a response is required from me (The buyer). However, when I log into PayPal and click on the "Respond" button in the Resolution Centre, I only get a blank screen with the normal PayPal menus. See picture
What can I do to access the actual information within the dispute, so that I can respond?

I am sorry about your issue. Please, clear cache and cookies and try with a different browser.
