Whenever I go to confirm my bank account, it tells me there is an error and I should try again - I've gotten this message three times and I'm very frustrated. I'm using my correct login and password every time. I'm kind of in a rush to get this account verified and able to accept payments sp any help would be greatly appreciated.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
