I've been waiting for a refund on an ebay item i purchased that turned out to be wrongly listed. The seller agreed straight away to a refund and started the process.
The item has been returned and the refund issued. Ive now however had a email saying the refund was cancelled and to contact the seller for details. Tjhe seller states she has no idea whats happened or why and that the money left her paypal account straight away. She wasnt aware there was a problem.
Does anyone know whats happened and how i can get my money please?
