I've sent payment many times and never had a problem. The thing I would do is I would type the value and then the website would give me the option to click the credit card I wanted to pay with (I have no PayPal balance), but now it won't let me type the value or choose the card. I'm almost positive it has to do with the fact I never confirmed my cards (the whole getting some cents in your acconut and saying how much it was) but I would like to be 100% sure before star panicking ('cause I need to pay someone and can't go to the bank now).
Can anyone either confirm or deny if the reason why I can't say payments is the fact I didn't confirm my cards?
