I have a PayPal balance of $360 and I cannot transfer it to my checking account nor can I do store cash. I spoke to someone from PayPal via messaging and they said that my account doesn't have any issues but it could be security related. She said she didn't have any way of knowing exactly what the problem was or how long the security hold would last. She didn't even really sound too convinced that it was a security hold but I should be able to do store cash. Which would be fine if it were true. I also can't purchase anything from any websites with my PayPal balance. The only possible issue that I could think of is that I forgot my password earlier today and I had to change it. What if anything can I do to withdraw/transfer my balance. I've tried 2 different cards and trying to do store cash and nothing has worked so far.
