Today is June 3, 2018, is anyone else having trouble trying to transfer paypal balance to their bank account? when I click on transfer it freezes up and will not let me.
I fixed this by accident, when I tried again and again and the page kept freezing I right clicked on the page and clicked on RELOAD, which I guess is like Refresh, and it went on to the next step and allowed me to continute my transfer. Good luck on getting through on the phone to paypal. It said wait time was 40 minutes to 1 hour. Try the RELOAD.
