Can't see any transactions

I got a usual sale message from ebay, went to PayPal to check the transaction, and NO transactions show up in my account.  None.  Yet the balance is ok, but the box that should show the transaction amount received is $0.00.   However, when I run a custom report, previous transactions show up.

It sounds like some PayPal programmer goofed up the website.   Some info shows, others not.

I need the full information from the PayPal payment screen to be able to enter into my accounting system.  The automated email from PayPal only shows the gross amount, not the net amount (after the fees are deducted).
