Hello, I've received a payment for a calculator I sold recently and got an email telling me to claim my money, but when I log in, there isn't any recent activity/payments to me. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Are you sure the email you received is from PayPal ? It may be a spoof. Look at the email address domain and wording in the email, grammar, salutation, spelling, etc. If any of these are questionable, it's most likely a spoof.
* Forward the entire email to: spoof@paypal.com.
* Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment.
* Delete the suspicious email from your inbox.
* Never click on any links within the email or open any attachments.

Hi, the direct/actual email address is <removed> , which I'm assuming isn't a spoof... Is there anything else I can do?
