Can't create new personal account

Hello,

I can't create a new personal account. When I try to enter my valid and actual email address, it tells me to check my info and try again. 

I am trying to create this account by putting in my name in greek letters, is that a problem? The system seemed to be okay with that.

You are allowed 2 accounts as long as 1 is personal and the other 1 is business.

So are you using a different email address than your other account?

Are you opening the personal one in Greece as well?

Are you still residing in Greece?
