Hi, I've been trying to contact paypal by all possible means for over a week now - not for me, but for a friend who has forgotten their password and security question, and changed phone number (the email is valid). It seems very odd not to be able to contact anyone - forms seem to be looping and the portuguese phone number is on voice mail. Any idea how to solve this? Thanks.
