Can someone please help

I have contacted PAYPAL several times over!! Even called them 5 times today and got hung up on every time. All because they refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Not only have I transferred money from my bank account a week ago, and still can't use it, but they won't make it available to me, or give me any other info about what's going on. This is not the first time this has happened either. Last time it took me two weeks and calling every day before they gave me back SOME of the money they cost me. Is this an actual real phone number to the compan[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]?? Because this honestly feels like when dealing with scammers, with all the vague info, and "not knowing", and not letting you speak to supervisors. Can someone help?? Thanks

Don't know how old your PayPal account is but make sure your account meets the new policy of PayPal personal accounts:

recent user agreement and policy changes to personal accounts
