im from UK and my account UK based I use to travel from UK to Pakistan every month is it any problem if i use paypal in pakistan ? some of my friend speak to me dont use paypal will block you if you use it in pakistan.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
However paypal IS NOT available in Pakistan so if you try and use it there it would be limited.
