I think someone on twitter is scamming nice people on twitter, and using PayPal to do it. Can anything be done ? I'm not a twitter user. This guy sounded like he was lying, so I looked up his email and found his second twitter. Unless this guy has an evil twin who's using the same email, he sounds like he's scamming people. Any ideas?
