Can I use Paypal as my payment gateway to my Adult Entertainment site?

We offer one time membership on our Adult Site and just want to ask if we can use PayPal as our Payment Gateway. I hope someone can help and as far as I consult our atty. We did follow the law and assures that we didn't violate any.
