As the title states, is it possible to send money to a friend if my Paypal balance is at 0. I have a bank account linked to it, I was able to buy things online with 0 balance and PayPal would take out money from my bank a few days later. Would it work the same way? Would my friend receive the money right away and PayPal will charge my bank a day or two later?
