Hey Everyone,
Recently I bought an item that was faulty and request for a refund via PayPal. Me and the seller talked it out and agreed that he would give me $180 instead of the $200 I sent him because if PayPal taxes (he gets to keep the item as well) Is there anyway for me to change the requested amount from $200 to $180 so he can send me the refund? He wants me to close the refund so he can send me the correct amount but I don't feel to comfortable with that as there is no telling if he will try to do a claim back on me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
