I got a $5.00 visa virtual card as a perk from Verizon and am having difficulty using it, because retailers won't let you use two payment cards and 5 bucks is pretty much useless. What can you buy for 5 Bucks online? Can this somehow be added to mypaypal personal account? I actually have two of these worthless $5 perks in the form of Visa Virtual Card.
