Calls Not getting connected to Paypal customer support

We are continuously trying to speak to customer support of paypal but calls not getting connected. It is just getting connected blank as nobody speaks & calls gets disconnected. I hereby requesting a call back from paypal on my registered mobile no.

Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
