CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have tried to send emails, but I get just an automated response back.

They say: "If you'd like more information, simply reply to this email with as many details about your situation as possible", but when I try to do that, there's always an error message saying that it was not possible no reply.

I called the customer service and, as I don't speak French nor Dutch, I pressed "0" to be transfered. That waiting song played forever and no one answered me. 

What should I do to be heard????
