I whant to buy a car and the seller told me that i can pay whit paypal and if im not hapyy whit it my money are not gonna be transferd to him until i confirm....should i procced to buy its this a way to trust the seller?

You may want to reconsider using PayPal for this purchase. Most important, payments for vehicles are not eligible for reimbursement under PayPal Purchase Protection. This is clearly stated in the User Agreement. Take the time to do a little research, you can save a lot of frustration down the road.
