I have offer from car seller to pay by PayPal that means hi will ship car to me and I will pay by confirming the payment after I recive a car and check it I garage apparently I have up to 7 days to confirm payment. My question is is this information provided by seller are true and if that kind of service exist In paypal
Cars are not covered by Purchase Protection no matter what so once you send payment that's it. No one knows whether or not PayPal will automatically subject the funds to the 21 day hold so you can't simply take the recipient/seller's word for it. Better to buy locally where you can meet up with the seller to test drive and go to a mechanic checkup appointment together, if everything checks out, then send your payment.
