I'm interested in purchasing an Instagram account for sale by the account owner though direct message, I'm hesitate to send the seller the money through PayPal's goods and services because I'm not sure if it would qualify for buyer's protection if the seller took the money and did not deliver the account information to me afterwords, would this be covered by PayPal? Is there any other way of guaranteeing I won't be scammed.
I did buy it, and have ran the account for a few months now. I got lucky as people were out to scam me, I'm still not sure if paypal protects that type of purchase though. Just be careful and if you're buying an account pay half the money first, and the other half when you get the account (and email) and are able to change all that to your info.
