Buyers protection fee?

Hell, I've brought something of Facebook and it was £300 pounds, if I used the buyer's protection does the seller get the £300 pounds or does he get charged? enquiring as I don't want him to not get the money but I want to be protected.

Thanks in advanced
Sam

If and only if you win a dispute for non receipt of item OR item recieved but not as described then if the seller refused to refund then paypal would under their buyer protection policy.

BUT sellers on Facebook are not vetted so if you end up getting Chinese tat and win a dispute then the cost to return it back to the seller may well be more than the item cost....so buyer beware.

So for example, if I send all the money and I'm happy with it the seller with receive the whole amount of money and not get charged any and interest for using the service

Sellers pay a fee to accept payments from buyers.
