Buyer protection

Hi folks. Just want to check if I’m protected on this payment. A couple of years ago I was scammed(still bugs me) buying a holiday villa rental. I’m going to rent another this summer and not sure if I’d be covered if I was scammed again(it’s not going to happen) renting another holiday villa paying through PayPal. Many thanks.

As a back up plan if Paypal Buyer Protection can not protect you as it has it's limitations, I would pay with a credit card so a chargeback can be filed.
