Hi everyone,
Thanks to Paypal 👍 fixing my issue with seller and refund money back.
Now the seller promised to fix the issue and continue working on project as it should be and I decide to give another chance, if I did that I still protected by Paypal in case the seller not deliver the end project as it should be?

Hello @Thabit
Thanks for posting in the PayPal Community forums for help with this issue. If the payment is eligible for our Buyer Protections, you should be good to go.
I would recommend being careful with a merchant if it didn't work out the first time but hopefully you two are both on the same page,
