Hello,
I am in the process of buying a very expensive and hard to get designer bag from another country. The seller sent me an invoice in which she allowed me to give her a deposit first and then pay the rest once she gets the purse from the boutique and send it to me. I just noticed that the policy on buyer's protection says the payment must be paid in full. Before I give her the other half I want to make sure I will be cover. Would I still be covered or no because I paid partially first? I just want to know if this is any different since she did it via invoice.
Thank you in advance!
