I would like to order some personalised gift items (jute bags) but this will be customised with our artwork birthday greetings.
The buyer has given a PayPal link for payment, I would like to check that I would be covered by eBay's buyer protection on this purchase so I don't want to be out of pocket if for example the seller does not deliver. Just confused about the exclusions on the buyers' protection on customer made items
Paypal told me I have no purchase protection on custom made items And that’s on items that have been made in small batches and sold through normal retail outlets, anything with ‘custom’ in the name or description is not covered...
