I have made a payment via PayPal for a hotel stay which will only take place after 180 days. The payment included a refundable deposit.
The problem is, when the deposit refund time frame would have passed the 180 days Paypal Buyer Protection time window.
Would I be able to secure a refund in this case?
Would I be able to raise a dispute if the seller did not refund as agreed?
