After payment was made for an item I sold last night on eBay I’m being told I have to set up a business account to get the payment. It was for $711.00. Why am I being told I have to do this and is there any benefit to a business account over a personal account? I haven’t sold anything on eBay in over a year until yesterday (and nothing prior to that for probably 6-8 years) and I’m not running a business, just selling an occasion item.
