Business Account Creation

Hello,

I am trying to create a business account separately from my personal account, it pops up a column having Canada provinces to select from, meanwhile I am registering in UAE.

Also, it is not accepting the postal code of UAE.

What may be the problem please?

When you clicked to register a new account you must have accidentally clicked on Canada as the country your paypal account would be in.
