Hi Guys,
As title suggests, my brother sent me some money. Sum of £14 and PayPal took a fee of £0.68.
PayPal's own words
'Sending money to friends and family within the UK (in GBP):Free when fully funded by the sender’s PayPal balance, bank account, debit card or prepaid card. If you use a credit card to send money, a fee of 3.4% + 20p applies.
Therefore I was sure it would be ok, he did not use a credit card as he doesnt have one. It was from his dedit card.
Not happy, can someone help me.
Thanks

From what I can tell concerning fees for UK accounts when sending money, if a debit card was used and you're both in the same country, then the transfer should be free. However, since this is a public community, no one here can look at user accounts or transaction info. You may want to contact customer service for assistance and ask them to look at the transaction details.
