Bought 2 shoes on eBay in January 2017 but only realised they are fake now.

Kindly asking if there is still any chance to take action against the seller as i only realised both shoes are fake after more than a year.

PayPal only allows disputes 6 months / 180 days after the transaction date. If your transaction goes beyond the timeframe, you may talk to the seller directly and let them issue a refund.
