I have a booking website where people can rent certain items or holiday homes. I collect the money and deposit from renter and then send the rental payment minus our commission to owner and refund the deposit back to tenant.
Problem here is that
1.) When I collect the money through Paypal, they deduct their service fee.
2.) When I send the money to owner through Paypal, the Paypal service fee is again deducted
Luckily deposit refund have no commission from Paypal.
Do you know any workaround to avoid double Paypal service fee money collected on behalf of the owner?

Payment under goods and services always have fees involved,
you have to find a way to remit the $$ less your commission via a different method
