Blocking someone from taking payments from me via PayPal

Good afternoon all.

I've been a customer for the UK company 123-reg.co.uk for almost 20 years, and they regularly take payments from me via PayPal for domain name renewals.

However recently I have been unable to log into my 123-reg.co.uk account, despite my best efforts, and so am unable to cancel renewals and services that I no longer require.

So my question is, is there a way to prevent 123-reg.co.uk from obtaining PayPal payments from me (i.e. blocking them) or should I just close my entire PayPal account and create a new one?

Nevermind. Once I knew the term was "pre-approved payments" I was finally able to find the list under "Settings" and I removed 123-reg.co.uk from it. In fact I cleared every single company from that list!
