Blocked by Wish for 9 months now

My account was blocked by Wish 9 months ago , it has $506 of wish cash in it and I’ve emailed customer support over 200 times and all I get is automated responses Australia

I have tried to get into my wish app and it keeps coming up cannot authenticate account
