Block a person from requesting money

I am getting harassed by someone in China requesting money , how do I block them please.

Not possible but you can add and confirm a new email address as your new primary PayPal email address and then trash the email address you are getting unwanted money requests from.

Easy..!!! From your home page where the person you have had a transaction are in a round picture ,just after the last on at 1 o clock you'll see three vertical dot.Click on that and Menage Contact option.Click on the contact you want to block and will be given the option to block it.

There is also a blocking list tab to keep up with that.
