I thought using Paypal to buy goods online was ‘free’ ... that there are no charges for paying with Paypal. I am currently studying in Barcelona and wanted to buy an exterior shade blind for my window. I found the one I wanted on www.persianasalicantinas.com but when I selected Paypal as an option at checkout there was a fee of over 3 euros added in for ‘Cuota Paypal’ (Paypal Fee) for paying with Paypal. I have never seen a charge like this before ... should I be charged this? Many thanks, Nina
