Dear Moderator,
I opened an account but I have now forgotten the bank account that I used while opening the account. The account has been blocked from making any new payments until the bank details have been confirmed [which unfortunately I can't find]
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
